Brother-in-arms. Our openly gay Mayor Javier Gonzales led the community in a vigil while the Basilica tolled 49 times for each victim. Nothing was heard but silence and the sobbing of our Santa Fe family-- neither of us have ever experienced anything like this-- moving and poignant. (June 16 2016)
